About Miyuki Seed Beads
Japanese-made Miyuki beads are loved by makers for their consistency, beautiful finishes and wonderfully precise sizing. Not sure which size you need? Open the guides below for a quick bead-box cheat sheet.
Miyuki Delica Beads
Delicas are precision-cut cylindrical seed beads with straight sides and large holes. Unlike traditional round seed beads, they sit closely together to create an exceptionally smooth and even surface.
This makes them especially lovely for peyote stitch, brick stitch, loom work and detailed geometric patterns where neat, consistent rows really matter.
Miyuki 11/0 Seed Beads
The wonderfully useful all-rounder. Miyuki 11/0 seed beads are small enough for detailed work while remaining comfortable to stitch with, making them one of the most versatile sizes in the bead box.
Miyuki 15/0 Seed Beads
Tiny but mighty. Miyuki 15/0 seed beads are made for beautifully fine detail and are particularly useful when larger beads would add too much bulk.
Miyuki 8/0 Seed Beads
A larger seed bead that's easy to handle without losing Miyuki's lovely consistency. 8/0s are brilliant when you want your beadwork to build a little faster or have a bolder, more textured finish.
Miyuki 6/0 Seed Beads
The chunkiest of our core round Miyuki seed bead sizes. Their larger shape and generous hole make 6/0s easy to handle and wonderfully satisfying for bold, colourful projects.
Never struggle to start a Peyote project again with the new Quick Start Peyote from Deb Moffett-Hall. This innovative tool provides a fast and easy way to begin flat even-count or odd-count peyote projects. The starter cards are precision laser-cut from durable 3-layer laminate, offering the look of paper with the sturdiness of plastic, making them reusable time and time again. With step-by-step instructions and color diagrams, you'll only need to start with the first row of beads, eliminating the hassle of alternating rows 1 and 2. Designed for use with specific Delica and seed beads, these cards can be joined together for larger projects, whether odd or even count. They can also be used to start Right Angle Weave projects. Additionally, you can freely print, share, and teach peyote patterns online each month. This brilliant little tool, featuring perfectly spaced holes that function as a starter row, is a game-changer for peyote beading enthusiasts.
