Royal Mail UK postage is free on all UK orders over £30. All displayed delivery costs include VAT.

Every order is carefully picked and packed by our small, family-run team before beginning its journey to you. We ship across the UK and around the world, helping beautiful beads take flight to makers near and far. 🤍

* Royal Mail Special Delivery orders placed before 12 noon, Monday to Friday, are prioritised where stock availability allows. Dispatch and delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We currently aim to prepare and dispatch orders within approximately 3–5 working days. Each order is picked and packed with care before heading out on its way to you.

Special Delivery orders are prioritised where possible. Other orders are generally prepared in the order they are received.

  • UK Tracked Standard — estimated 4–5 working days after dispatch
  • UK Tracked Priority — estimated 2–3 working days after dispatch
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery — estimated next working day after dispatch, where applicable
Dispatch and delivery windows are estimates rather than guarantees. Busy periods, public holidays, postal delays and circumstances outside our control can occasionally add a little extra time to your parcel’s journey.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Mariposa Beads sends parcels to makers around the world using trusted Royal Mail international services.

  • Free European delivery on orders over £50
  • Free worldwide delivery on orders over £100

International delivery times vary according to destination, local postal services and customs processing.

International customers are responsible for any local customs charges, import duties or taxes that may apply to their order.
What should I do if my order has not arrived?

If your parcel appears delayed or its tracking has not updated, please allow up to 10 working days before getting in touch.

If your order still has not arrived after this time, email us at hello@mariposa-beads.co.uk with your order number and delivery details and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.
